On our way to the Astor Hotel in Athens, we took a brief bus tour of the city. It gave us a good idea of places we wanted to go, and some places that we were fine with just looking at through the bus window.
That evening we had our first group dinner at 'Spilia Acropolis.' The restaurant was literally underneath the Acropolis, and we had the most amazing view as we ate our dinner.

Disclaimer on Greek Food: Don't think that you will go to Greece, and then come back home to the United States and start eating Greek salad. There is something wrong with the feta in the USA, and no matter how hard you try, it won't be like what you had in Greece. This is what it is supposed to look like:
It has something to do with a lack of firmness and
freshness...I won't eat feta here...there...it's not a meal without it.
